Building Healthcare tools
enterprise to small clinics

about

My background is in speech pathology and ABA therapy, which means I spent years learning how people actually communicate — what they mean underneath what they say, and how to bring someone back into a conversation without making them feel managed. That shows up everywhere in how I work now: I run facilitation sessions for a living, I'm good at the parts most people dread (the skeptical stakeholder, the quiet room, the person who's checked out), and I can find the thread in a tangle of competing opinions and hand a room something clear to build from. Off the clock, my life doesn't really have an off-season — summers we're kayaking and chasing good weather across the country, winters my husband and I play pool competitively, and we do all of it out of a camper with three dogs and a cat, which means "home" is wherever we parked this week. If any of that sounds like your kind of chaos — the good kind — we'd probably get along.
